We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Assistant to support landscape construction and maintenance projects. This role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, but no formal degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary. Fluency in English is required. The position involves frequent travel to various work sites, including private residences, parks, recreational areas, and client homes, with employees expected to adapt to changing locations daily. Work is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to noise, dust, and heat. Responsibilities include assisting with landscape construction, transporting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and participating in tree removal when necessary. Candidates should have experience with landscape construction and be familiar with operating equipment such as forklifts, pick-up trucks, small engine tools, and skidsteers. A valid driver’s license is required to ensure safety and mobility across job sites. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.
