The Role
We are seeking a Packing Room Supervisor at our Hamilton site. This position reports to the Packing Supervisor and, while it does not have direct reports, it oversees the packing room team responsible for packing animal pharmaceutical products.
The role offers two shift options:
- Afternoon Shift:  Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
- Morning Shift:    Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the packing room team to ensure production schedules are met
- Train team members as required
- Oversee packing operations, including setup, cleaning, and documentation
- Maintain and promote a strong Health and Safety culture
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and lead a quality-focused environment
- Coordinate material requirements with the Supply Chain team
- Provide cross-functional support across all operational areas as needed

About You
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with GMP or similar regulatory standards is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
- Demonstrates ability to learn, develop, and adapt
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
